Yes! Estratego actualises its site (estratego.com) every day. However,it happens that the amount of orders exceeds the amount of products in stock. In any case, do not hesitate to contact us by email.
When your order is being prepared, you'll be informed of the timing to receive the missing product.
In this case you'll have 3 possibilities: 1. Confirm the order with new new timing.
2. A substitution product will be proposed to you, if you accept it, we'll proceed the change and send your order.
3. You cancel the order as you do not want to wait, or are not satisfied with the new product proposed ( we always propose a product that at least has the same qualities and properties, usually we even propose a higher quality product.)
The expedition costs depend on : the address, the weight and the type of products being ordered.
These costs are indicated when finalising the order, before the payment step.
The timing for returning a product is 15 days.
Will only be accepted products returned in their original state : accessories, packaging..

The first thing to do is to contact our technical support :techsupport@estratego.com in order to explain what problem your facing. If the problem cannot be resolved directly with our technical service, you'll have to send us the product so we can verify and/or replace it.
When you are receiving your order, we advise you to check the package.
If the package is open or damaged, you have to mention it to UPS, which will then gives us the information.
In the mean time, you can inform our technical support service of what is happening.
